The records of the 508 persons landed by S.S.SUTLEJ on March 26,1916 are stored in Ship Logbook #355 which is housed in the NATIONAL ARCHIVES

Indentureship registration for this steamship begins with the number 119783 and ends with the number 120290 for a total of 508 numbers representing 508 persons who entered into contracts of indentureship.

This fact means that although one person arrived as a casual or paid passenger, that person also signed a contract of indentureship. The indentureship registration number 119919 falls within this range and. therefore, the details of Edu are contained in this volume.
